Just a quick thought for general spelling or parsing queries?
First one - "Your investment in the Youth Academy has paid off and it is now rated as Appalling"
Seems a little hyperbolic!!!!
Is there a way of varying this, eg "your investment in the Academy has paid off somewhat, and its rating has rocked drunkenly to appalling"?
Or somesuch (you get the idea!!!)?

I can have a look at it. I can change it so it says your academy was abject and it's now improved to being abysmal.
