This script is working but not as expected as I just trained someone up to level 17, the limit is supposed to be 15.
Working on this now.

I want to change this screen to a form/table as it will look better and give more information.
Need to allow a "train" button for those who can be trained with a note of how much it will cost in training points.

Just out of curiosity, the last few days I have logged in it keeps telling me I have already promoted people today. I haven't, is this a feature (and perhaps the text needs tweaking?) or is it something going awry?

I'm still thinking about how often you should be allowed to promote youths/reserves. What I want eventually is a youth academy system, the more cash you put in, the more often you can promote a youth, or the better quality they will be.
Not sure about reserves exactly, for now you should see the option on the right is highlighted when you can promote someone, I'll amend the text to avoid confusion.

I may implement a coaching staff, similar to youth academy, the more money you spend on coaching staff, the more training points are generated and therefore the more you can train players.

Right, this now seems to work, the new look training screen (more user-friendly I hope) as well as coaches.
Coaches start off poor but you can buy better ones, they also get better through experience.
Every day you have a chance of getting extra training based on your coaches ability.
I may need to tweak the calculations, ie is it too hard to train players or do coaches gain experience too easily etc.
Players are easier to train the younger they are and the lower their skill and vice versa.
For example, a level 12 player aged 30 will only have about a 10% chance of being trained successfully by a poor coach but a level 3, aged 18 year old will have a 80% chance if the coach is good.
Feedback, bug reports welcome!
